The loft is actually a boathouse located above the water. Beautiful views over Harderwijk Waterfront from the living room and bedroom. A spacious loft with a large kitchen, dining and living room on the first floor.
On the first floor, a large bedroom with a king-size bed and bathroom. As a loft should be, all rooms are open connected. From the spacious balcony with large sliding doors, you can enjoy the outdoors and the views. On the sunny side of the loft is a street-side terrace.
The loft gives you a sense of extreme privacy. There is sleeping accommodation for just two people only.
Two free parking spaces are at your private disposal.
A spacious balcony terrace and water terrace on the boat jetty are available. In addition, a sunny terrace on the street side facing south.

At only 800 meters distance is the center of Harderwijk.
At 2 kilometers distance starts the forest of the Veluwe.
Lelystad Airport is only 15 minutes away and is suitable for private jets.
The interior is decorated with Jan des Bouvrie, Living Divani and Charles Eams furniture. The highest quality of matrasses in an extremely large Nilson bed. With advanced demotics you can relax with sophisticated Sonos audio installation together with two Loewe TV’s with all channels including Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, dishwasher fridge-freezer, coffee and conditioned wine cabinet.
The atmosphere can be controlled as desired with skylights and an air conditioning unit and provided with comfortable underfloor heating. Shading and privacy can be electrically controlled. For working or browsing, a high-speed Wi-Fi network is at your disposal. In front of the loft an own parking is ready for two cars.
Below the loft is a boathouse housing a Wajer 38. If desired, we can certainly take a boat trip together with you. The loftrental includes 3 hours cleaning per week.
Within 500 meters walking distance, Harderwijk has several excellent restaurants, such as 't Nonnetje (a two-star Michelin Restaurant), the Basiliek (soon to be a one-star Michelin restaurant) and the highly rated Bib Gourmand restaurants Cozy Harbour, Johannes, Ratatouille, Caert, Da Garielle and Bistro 49. Furthermore, Harderwijk has numerous sunny terraces in the city and along the Boulevard where it is good to relax and enjoy life with your partner and friends.
Harderwijk is the shopping center of the Veluwe with a large variety of shops. Supermarkets are only 800 metres away. The city of Harderwijk is Iocated between Amersfoort and Zwolle in the center of Holland. In Lelystad the shopping mall Batavia is located.
Lelystad and Lelystad Airport is only 15 minutes by car and Amsterdam as well as Schihol-Amsterdam Airport is 45 minutes’ drive. The location is on the crossing of the A28 highway and the local highway N302. The Strekdam is the road alongside the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk.
Holland is well known for its lakes and rivers. Harderwijk is situated along the Randmeren which originated with the sourcing and preparation of new land in the former IJsselmeer. There are several rental options for small boats, sailboats and subs un the surroundings.
Harderwijk is located between water and the Veluwe, the largest wooded area in the Netherlands, Ample opportunities for hiking but also for cycling and mountain biking.
The Luxury Loft is only rentable for a long-term expat (or holiday) stay. The minimum length of stay is one month.
